Community Action of East Central Indiana (CAECI) is a private not-for-profit organization established under the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964 to fight America's War on Poverty in East Central Indiana. Currently CAECI provides assistance to over 3,000 households throughout Wayne County.

The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
